Janine is an registered mediator with the Civil Mediation Council undertaking civil, commercial and workplace dispute resolution.

With almost 25 years’ experience in a range of senior leadership and director positions, she has vast practical experience working with individuals from all walks of life and from varying disciplines gained from working in some of the most challenging environments, including Prisons, the Home Office and the NHS.

In addition to being a registered mediator, Janine is also a qualified executive coach and mentor and a professional member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She supports individuals and teams in the workplace, in both her mediation, coaching and leadership development roles to make the workplace a better place to be for all concerned.
