Businesses can save thousands of pounds and precious time each year by turning to mediation to settle disputes. It is now normal practice for courts to recommend trying mediation first, before seeking a legal judgement.

We are all different, and as such, wherever people work together, conflict is inevitable but with the right intervention at the right time it can be quickly resolved before it becomes an issue.

“An ounce of mediation is worth a pound of arbitration and a ton of litigation!” — Joseph Grynbaum

How can we help?

Our role as trained Mediators is to structure a process and use our skills and experience to help facilitate a settlement to a dispute. We will listen carefully to everything that is said and use this information to assist the participants to build a lasting resolution. We will remain completely impartial and will not express any opinion or give advice. We will help participants to persuade each other that a resolution reached by them is a better alternative than having a protracted, legal dispute.
