Chris is an experienced dispute resolution professional with a background in senior
management, Human Resources and training. His particular expertise is equality and diversity, and as a coach, mentor and strategic manager for the Royal Air Force, with an RAF career spanning more than 30 years.

His background makes me the ideal mediator for your workplace conflict needs.
Having 'lived experience' of the impact of badly managed conflict, He understands the challenges faced by those in a dispute and wants to help you find the right way forward.

He has mediated between individuals and teams and is known for bringing people
together and helping them better understand the essentials of communication and forming better working relationships. He is also an established trainer, delivering courses on Unconscious Bias and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, as these are two fundamental reasons conflict forms at the outset.

He has been praised for being a problem solver and leader, which has been instrumental for parties to find positive ways forward. Every mediation is underpinned by his blend of leadership experience and strong communication skills, along with my empathetic nature.
