Our role as trained mediators is to structure a process and use our skills and experience to help facilitate a settlement to a dispute. We will listen carefully to everything that is said and use this information to assist the participants to build a lasting resolution. We will remain completely impartial and will not express any opinion or give advice. We will help participants to persuade each other that a resolution reached by them is a better alternative than having a protracted, legal dispute.
We are all different, and as such, wherever people work together, conflict is inevitable but with the right intervention at the right time it can be quickly resolved before it becomes an issue.
In situations where individuals are having difficulty managing a conflict situation, dispute or working relationships, conflict coaching can help an individual on a journey, allowing them to move on.
